Mother's Day

Mother's day was a beautiful day this year! Katie and I got to go to breakfast with our mom which was the best way to start the day - celebrating our amazing mother! 

When I got home the kids had made me a sign with chalk and were excited for me to open lots of handmade cards and a couple presents. It was so sweet!

I have the best kids in the world!

Then the kids were excited to set up a flower stand and offer anyone driving by a free rose from our rose bush. It was so sweet and they had the best time doing it. I hope they do it again next year.

That afternoon we went to meet up with some friends at our beach to grill out for lunch and have a beach day.

Brittney and I got to go paddle boarding while the guys watched the kids.

Bonnie loved paddleboarding, she was out there all day. 

We had a whole dinner planned but by the time we got home we were all so exhausted we got cleaned up and went to bed early! It was a great day. Happy Mother's day to all the moms out there - especially to my mom, my sister, and my grandma. I wouldn't be who I am without you!
