School Halloween Shenanigans

It felt like there were a lot of Halloween-related things for the kids to dress up for last month, so you will be seeing a lot of Dorothy and T-rex photos!

First was a Harvest Party at Riser's preschool. They had all kinds of games, cake walks, horse rides, a costume parade, and truck-or-treating.

Riser and one of his teachers.

The next week we had a trunk-or-treat at Bonnie's school. The fire station, library bookmobile, and Bruster's ice cream came out.

A couple days later, Riser and I pulled into his school parking lot for drop-off, and I realized they were having a costume parade that completely fell off my radar. Riser was pretty upset at first but decided to walk in it anyway. I felt so bad! But honestly, the costume was already taking a beating and we hadn't even got to Halloween yet.

Thankfully the day turned around for him. The rest of the day they had a fun little Halloween party.
