Now that Riser is 4 he is old enough to start trying out some sports! He had some friends signed up for quickball (beginner teeball) so that's what he did for the Spring season. He was very excited and his first practice happened to land on his birthday.

After a few weeks of practice it was game time. Riser's team was the Atlanta Braves.

It was fun for Bonnie to experience being on the sidelines and cheering on her brother!
He requested the number 4 since he just turned 4 years old.
It was amazing to see the progress from the beginning of the season. None of the boys knew anything about baseball so it was a circus trying to get them to run the bases in order, learn to drop the bat before running, and learning what to do when they fielded the ball. They learned so much!

Riser was thrilled he got an actual trophy at the end of the season.
It was a great season! We are going to try some other sports but he says he would like to do it again.
