Virginia Vacation Part 3

Finally wrapping up our Virginia vacation! We went to Great Country Farms and had a blast on all the different slides, obstacle course, and playgrounds.

Katie got herself lost in a maze.

We got to go visit Dave at the Mill where he volunteers. He was nice enough to give us a tour. It was really cool to see the old mill still in action!

We got to go see my dad's new house and have dinner at Cracker Barrel.

The girls love getting 'pills' from him.

We had a great time visiting mom and Dave's church on Sunday.

We spent our last couple days soaking up all the pool time we could get with family and friends.

Eric's friend Holly brought her famous sugar cookies to decorate. Eleanor may be taking over the throne as the queen of cookie decorating.

The girls wanted to clean Grandma's pool.

Rosie liked the water so much she decided it was the perfect spot for a nap.

Chris and his little man lounging out.

Everyone took turns jumping in the deep end.

Eleanor helped Dave on the tractor.

We were also committed to finishing the puzzle before we all left.

I got to color with the girls.

Ben helped Grandma feed the chickens.

And of course we soaked in all the baby cuddles we could get.

Even Jane took a turn on the tractor. I don't think I've ever seen a cuter cowgirl.

Puzzle complete!

We capped off our last night of vacation with more s'mores by the campfire.

We truly had the best time getting so much quality time with family, we loved every minute of it. Thank you so much to mom and Dave for hosting our ever-growing crew. It was the perfect vacation!
