Fall Catch Up

We've tried to take advantage of this Fall season that will be gone too soon! I got to meet up with Katie at the pumpkin patch in Surry.

The best part was the pumpkin ice cream.

It was my first time on the ferry - couldn't have picked a more beautiful day!

We also got to tag along when the kids went trick or treating on Halloween.

They all had such great costumes - but I think Ben and Rosie had the best.

Eric and I have been doing some fishing.

A couple days ago we got to celebrate Ben and Rosie's 2nd birthday with them!

We were all in just as much awe over Katie's homemade cake.

And this past weekend Benny and I went to Colonial Williamsburg for some of their Veteran's Day events.

This was the Military March featuring Colonial Williamsburg's Fifes and Drums.

We also attended a memorial service in the Revolutionary War Cemetery behind the Governor's Palace.

Happy Veteran's Day to all the veterans out there - most notably the family members we love so much. Thank you for your sacrifice and service!

  1. Williamsburg looks good on you two! You caught a stripped fish! Fun times with the kids too. I agree, that cake looks delicious!!!
