February extras

February was very cold with still no snow, so we spent a good amount of time indoors. We have continued to do some preschool activities at home. One of Bonnie's favorites was a scavenger hunt to find pictures and match them to the letter the word starts with.

We went to the Home Depot workshop where B got to make a little valentine box (she calls her treasure box).

The kids love helping in the yard.

Bonnie had her second dentist appointment. I didn't realize mine was scheduled for the exact same time so she ended up having to do it by herself and did great!

We have lots of tea parties.

Dinner shenanigans with this kid. 

The kids loved having cards and a couple of treats to open up on Valentine's Day. 

Bonnie had her dress up earrings on and Riser wanted to match.

The kids played with rice (while I attacked that giant pile of laundry).

Bonnie and I got to do a couple more experiments from the science kit she got for Christmas.

And she loves any chance she gets to paint (still not often enough).

Meanwhile.

If I am cooking, he is usually on my hip or here.

We did lots of playdates with friends.

And snuggles during weekend movie nights.

Now that it's pretty clear we aren't getting any snow, I'm ready for Spring!
